wnidb Terms & Conditions

wnidb ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online gaming and entertainment service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonus programs, and related activities on the wnidb platform.

From the moment you create an account on wnidb, or by using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

To create a valid and active account on wnidb, you must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is false or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

3.1 Single Account Ownership

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wnidb conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process when required. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity documents as part of this process. Withdrawals or other benefits may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

wnidb supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The payment method used to deposit into your account must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may trigger an investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made, or to a registered bank account.
• If bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on the account, those bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Verification

wnidb monitors unusual or suspicious transactions. We reserve the right to suspend transactions and conduct an investigation if money laundering or fraud is suspected. During this time, you will be required to provide relevant information and documents.

wnidb offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳40,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawing the deposited amount while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.
• wnidb reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer, with or without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

All games on wnidb are conducted fairly and transparently. The key gaming rules are outlined below:

6.1 Fair Play

The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and unpredictable results. No player or outside party can influence this process.

6.2 Technical Errors

wnidb is not responsible for any round or bet that could not be completed due to a technical error or network disruption. In such cases, decisions will be made in accordance with established industry standards.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

The games on the wnidb platform are from various reputable game software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. The respective provider's own terms may also apply to these games.

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on the wnidb platform. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Multi-accounting or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bonus abuse, hedging, or coordinated betting.
• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain any other unauthorized access to the platform's systems, software, or network.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Submitting false or altered identity documents.
• Harassing other users or engaging in harmful activities.

wnidb believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of our players.

• We provide self-limitation options for players — including setting deposit limits, taking a temporary break, or permanently self-excluding.

The wnidb platform provides an entertainment service. Our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If service delivery is disrupted due to natural disaster, war, government directive, or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• For any loss caused by the user's own device or network issues.
• For any loss resulting from the user personally sharing their login credentials with a third party.

In any circumstance, our total liability will be limited to the amount of your account's current available balance.

wnidb reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. If any significant change is made, we will notify you via a notice on the platform or to your registered email address.
